As consultants for the Chrysalis FICE project, we supported 70 MSMEs across Matale, Puttalam, and Matara through gap analysis, tailored coaching, and strategic training. Our team delivered 426 hours of mentoring, refined business plans integrating DEI and sustainability, and facilitated vital market and regulatory linkages. This initiative strengthened MSME resilience, inclusivity, and growth potential—laying a scalable foundation for inclusive economic development in Sri Lanka.

Our planet faces a devastating loss of nature. Over a million plant and animal species are on the brink of extinction, and wildlife has dropped by 73% in 50 years, opens new tab. Failure to stop this crisis will have serious consequences for the global systems sustaining life on Earth, with a likely breakdown of nature’s ability to provide clean air and water, food, medicines and materials.

LSV partnered with the British Council Sri Lanka on their Youth Led Green and Inclusive Businesses (YLGIB) initiative. This six-month programme aimed to harness the enthusiasm and energy of young entrepreneurs in Sri Lanka, guiding them to become role models in green and inclusive transitions within SMEs.
